After 21 years of growth and development, we are preparing to join the nationally prominent Lone Star Conference. We will play our inaugural intercollegiate football game on September 3rd, 2016 at Ratliff Stadium against Sul Ross. Golf will get into full swing in the fall of 2016. With the addition of football and golf, UTPB will support 16 intercollegiate sports. Over 400 student-athletes and a myriad of student support staff will participate in our athletic program. RAISING THE BAR Falcon Athletics is committed to awarding the maximum number of athletic scholarships permitted by the NCAA. Because state funds cannot be used to support our athletic programs, UTPB must rely on your support to fund additional scholarships. In order to be more competitive, we need to increase our scholarship dollars.
