The median days to sell were 41 days up from 37 the previous month. Sales in OCTOBER have increased by approximately 15.4% on previous month however the Median price decreased by $7,500 to $650,000.These statistics are proof that our current market is still adjusting and with December being traditionally a quieter month the New Year will be interesting to observe where market trends are heading.
