Julia Roberts is moving on from her NYC home! The 47-year-old actress has put her 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom Manhattan apartment on the market for $4.5 million.

It is located in Manhattan's West Village. According to Page Six, the mom-of-three is selling the abode because she's spending the majority of her time in California with her family. Julia will, however, keep her Gramercy Park property, which is currently being rented out.
