3/27/13 Metter vs ECI Metter Tigers give away 7-6 game to ECI The Metter Tigers led by six runs in the third inning, but ECI put together a furious comeback to steal the victory, 7-6, on Wednesday at Metter. Bland Tucker reached base three times. He singled in the third and fourth innings. ECI was sparked by Caleb Pressey and J Rod Downer, who teamed up for six hits and two RBIs. The bottom of the first saw Metter take an early lead, 1-0. A double by Hunter Ritchie, plating Clay Crawford started the inning off. ECI matched its three-run fourth inning with three more in the sixth. In the fourth, ECI scored on an RBI single by Downer, bringing home Pressey.
