High Performance Motor with Power Input of 840W
Small Circumference Barrel Grip for Easy Handling
Provides power enough for masonry cutting, yet still having high heat resistance.
The same advantage as the Makita predecessors, 9560 series models.
High Dust-Proof Motor Armature coated with protective zigzag varnish and Field coated with powder varnish protect motor from dust and wire breakage, ensuring durability enough for masonry cutting.
Labyrinth Construction Protects All Ball Bearings from Dust and Debris.
Conveniently located switch lever
Shaft Lock for Easy Wheel Changes Use of Type 55 motor enables the circumference to be smaller than competitions. And use of the same brush as used for Makita 9560 series models allows flat design without protrusions of brush cap.
The shaft lock system is made bigger for easier replacement of abrasive wheel.
Gear Section with Increased Reparability Use of a woodruff key to assemble gear onto spindle allows for easier repairing of gear section.
Rotatable Gear Housing Can be positioned at every 90 degrees to suit most cutting and grinding operations.
