Town of Ajax Committee of Adjustment Notice of Minor Variance Applications IN THE MATTER OF Sections 44 and 45 of the Planning Act (R.S.O.) 1990, c.P.13, as amended; and, TAKE NOTICE THAT the Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Ajax will meet in the Council Chambers, Town of Ajax Municipal Offices, 65 Harwood Avenue South, Ajax, on Wednesday, July 27th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., to hear these applications for relief from Zoning By-law 95-2003, as amended, in the following respects:

To permit a minimum setback from the east interior side yard setback of 1.5 metres (existing). To permit a minimum setback from the west interior side lot line of 2.4 metres.

To permit a minimum setback of 10.8 metres from the rear lot line.
c) A maximum lot coverage of 20%.
