Register at: ewidetroitwindsor.org Join us for an evening of fun, wine, bites, and a unique shopping experience at Leon & Lulu, Metro Detroit’s award winning lifestyle store, featuring furniture, unique accessories and gifts in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Leon & Lulu will donate 10% of your purchases to the EWI Foundation Through the EWI Foundation we work toward sustainable communities through our scholarship program and literacy initiatives. Partner with local schools to provide educational opportunities to disadvantaged students to help them achieve their highest potential. To date, with 150 volunteers, EWI of Detroit-Windsor has assisted over 2650 students and 300 parents with reading programs, books, and desperately needed supplies.
Partner with the InsideOut Literary Arts Project to sponsor a “Writer in Residence” program teaching elementary school students how to express themselves through writing. At the end of the program, their work is published. Students become authors, illustrators and find excitement and confidence in their ability to use their imagination in writing.
Provided more than $50,000 in scholarships to adults facing economic, social, or physical challenges, who are looking to improve their situation through educational opportunities.
A special thank you to Leon & Lulu for their generous donation of 10% of all sales this evening, the door prize and allowing us to hold our event in their fabulous store. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales supports the EWI Foundation. Executive Women International®
