Strengths

Return on time and quality investment. Would you.. Design your own labels? Build your own vats? Drive your own trucks? Build your own buildings? Lay your own roads? And yet so many wineries manage their own maintenance.... In this and so many areas, of our business we talk about playing to our strengths. For every hour you invest in non core business, what would the return be – for your business, your family and your own wellbeing if you invested that hour to the things most important?

A Case Study – Programmed Playing to Strength We asked ourselves the question. What do we really do? What is our Strength? “We are in the business of presenting your property in a way that gives your customers an experience that represents you and your brand in a way that makes you proud. we paint’ –and that’s all about – ‘PRESENTATION’ We are also involved in washing tank farms at wineries’ – ‘ AGAIN – Presentation

what about our focus on safety – ‘Customer experience and it is a CORE part of our business; Remember ZERO HARM – it’s not just lip service. Protective coatings.– ‘Presentation and Preservation’ - that’s the catch line. That’s what we do....

A Case Study – Programmed Playing to Strength The essence of all this and the biggest part of what we do IS we make it easier for our clients to do their core business by organising, administering and project managing all of these things.....

So, the end game is that while our clients are busy doing the things that they are passionate about, we get passionate about the rest. The businesses that let us look after their presentation and preservation create great first impressions making it easier for them to impress their customer with their core offer. That’s called playing to your strengths! So our core strength is letting others play to their strengths? Food for thought huh?
