SCOTTIE NATION Highland Community College has 10 athletic programs that compete in home contests 10 months out of the year. Over 250 athletes will suit up in the navy & gold this year and represent their program. Kessinger Field is home to our Scottie football team and will host five NJCAA contests this season. Ben Allen Field House, built in 1955, is home to our Scottie volleyball team as well as our men’s and Women’s basketball teams. Ben Allen Field House also plays host to the NEK All-Star Games each spring as well as a number of high school and college volleyball & basketball tournaments throughout the year. The Walters Wellness Center houses our indoor track where both men and women from across the country come to compete. Scottie Park is a locally owned field where the HCC softball team competes. Our baseball team competes just down the hill from Kessinger Field at the Highland Community Park. With the generous donations from people like you, the HCC Athletic department is able to continuously improve and enhance the student-athlete experience through scholarships, facility enhancements, equipment, and much more. Not only does your contribution help our teams become successful on the field and court but also in the classroom and throughout the community.
