About Us The Brickhall in the Hollow is an upscale event venue located in the heart of the Clarence Hollow. We're in love with this historic space. The feel of exposed brick, original wood floors, and large windows with stained glass provide the perfect back drop to any event. History of the Church In 1839, Reverend Henry Stafford was appointed as the first pastor of the First United Presbyterian Church of Clarence, NY and fundraising began for the building of the Church with a goal of $2,000.00. The First United Presbyterian Church was dedicated in 1844 and nicknamed "The Brick Church" by its parishioners. It was the first church built in the Hollow. In 1879, the church was rebuilt after a small fire. Due to a growing congregation, the church began planning for a new building and in 1963 built a church located on Main Street near Clarence High School. After sitting vacant for a number of years, the church began to be revitalized with the purpose of sharing this special and historic space with the community. Also located on the property is “The Farm Store” which hosts organically raised local farm to table market and “The Magoffin House” which can also be used as an event rental facility.
Event and Accessories Pricing Main Hall May - October Saturday: $2,000.00 Friday/Sunday: $1,500.00 Monday - Thursday: $1,000.00
November - April Saturday: $1,500.00 Friday/Sunday: $1,125.00 Monday - Thursday: $750.00 Cleaning Fee: $165.00
Reservation Deposit 50% of your reservation cost and a $500 security deposit.
Upstairs Sunday - Saturday: $300.00 Cleaning Fee: $100.00
Weekend Rate This includes rental of the space from Friday through Sunday. Rate also includes uses of tables and chairs.

Event Monitor Fee** $25.00 per hour during event.
72" Round Tables Rate: $15.00 per table (seats 8-10)
High Top Tables Rate: $12.00 per table

Set Up/Take Down Charge $100.00 charge Damaged items will be charged at full retail price
Chiavari Walnut Hardwood Chairs With cushion: $7.50 per chair Without cushion: $6.50 per chair

FAQs What type of events can you accomodate?
The Brickhall is perfect for mid-size gatherings. This can include intimate weddings, bridal showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. Can I visit the venue in person?
Yes! However, tours are by appointment only. Email [email protected] to schedule one today! What is the main hall's capacity?
The maximum capacity is 106 seated at tables and 225 in row seating or standing. What are my catering options?
The Brickhall’s kitchen is reserved for our preferred caterer, Gertie’s Restaurant. However, the client may chose to bring their own food or food from another caterer if prepared offsite. There is also an extra charge per hour of event for use of another caterer. Where is parking?
The Brickhall guests may use parking lots located on Salt Road and Main Street. The parking area located directly on the venue may be used for deliveries, passenger loading and unloading, and parking for persons with disabilities.
