Promotion Participation Made Easy To participate, you must first be enrolled in the promotion by your Distributor. They will enroll you as eligible to participate in the promotion on MyRheem.com. Once they have enrolled you as eligible to participate, you will receive an email notification confirming enrollment and program details. You must have a user account on MyRheem.com in order to submit claims for the promotion. See the Terms & Conditions for further details. Enrollment begins July 1, 2016 and you must be enrolled by your distributor no later than November 30, 2016.
Hassle-Free Rebate Filing We’ve made it easier than ever to claim your rebate with the new Contractor Serial Tool (CST) available on MyRheem.com under the Marketing tab. From the new CST on MyRheem.com, you will be able to submit and manage your claims. You can check the new reporting system on MyRheem.com via the CST Dashboard under the Marketing tab at anytime to see the status of all submitted rebates. Rebate claim submissions begin September 1, 2016 and must be submitted by December 16, 2016 to be considered eligible for payment. Rebates will be paid to individual Contractors via a re-loadable card or to the Contractor’s business via direct deposit. The payment method is selected by the Contractor at the time of first claim entry and can be changed by contacting [email protected].

Promotion Terms and Conditions for Contractors • T he promotion is subject to termination at Rheem’s discretion. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion from Rheem. • Installations for commercial applications/commercial properties (rental properties) are not eligible. • R ebate is only eligible for residential installations in single-family dwellings. • Rebate is applicable to multiple units on single-family dwellings. • C ontractor’s account must be in good credit standing with the Distributor in order to participate in this special promotion. • A ll participating Contractors must be enrolled as eligible for the Promotion by their Distributor and must have a MyRheem.com user account which the Distributor is responsible for setting up. All promotion participants must be enrolled and setup their rebate payment method no later than November 30, 2016. • D ue to 1099 tax requirements, you may be required to provide personal and business information, as this is required for any person receiving more than $600 in rewards. • Q ualifying systems and individual unit components are outlined on the eligible product matrix. • Q ualifying systems and individual unit components must be sold and installed between 8/1/2016 - 11/30/2016 in order to be eligible for the rebate amount. • O nly one qualifying purchase should be submitted per rebate. It is the contractor’s responsibility to check their submitted claims and ensure the claims reflect the expected rebate amount. Once a rebate is submitted, it will be at Rheem’s discretion whether the claim can be adjusted. Claims that have been submitted and paid out cannot be adjusted. • Rebate Funding Responsibilities: -- T he contractor will receive the full amount of the listed rebate (per terms and conditions) and can choose to pass along any given amount to their customers if desired. -- If desired, the contractor can use earned accrued co-op dollars to promote & advertise the promotion in their market. -- C ontractor must use pre-approved ad graphics from the AdMaker System or obtain prior approval for any ads used to promote this offer. • A ll rebate claims must be submitted online at MyRheem.com through the Contractor Serial Tool (CST) no later than December 16, 2016 to be considered eligible for payment to the Contractor. No exceptions will be allowed. All documentation received after 12/16/2016 will be denied for processing.
• Payment Terms: -- C ontractors can choose form direct deposit or re-loadable card to receive their funds. -- D irect Deposit - For payment to a contractor business via direct deposit. -- U sers will be required to provide their business account direct deposit information and a copy of a void check is required for validation. -- IMPORTANT: Direct Deposit accounts must be setup and validated before any claims are approved and funds can be deposited. -- D irect deposit accounts will be funded every other week for approved claims. -- Pay Card - For payment to an individual via re-loadable pay card. -- N ew users will receive a Rheem branded re-loadable card after the submission of their first claim. This card can be re-loaded for future Rheem promotions. -- IMPORTANT: Cards must be activated before any claims are approved and funds can be loaded. Make sure to call and activate your card as soon as you have received it in the mail. For questions regarding the re-loadable card funds, card account information, lost or stolen funds, you must contact the card company: Global Cash Card, 1-866-395-9200 -- T he card received in the mail is re-loadable, so do not dispose of after the promotion ends. Card can be used for other Rheem promotions. There may be a replacement fee for lost/stolen cards. -- R heem is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected paperwork or debit cards. -- C ards must be activated within 3 months of receipt.
