Wedding Breakfast Menu Please choose 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert for your whole party Smooth chicken liver parfait with tomato chutney and Melba toast Mushroom and goats cheese tartlet with mixed leaves and a caramalised red wine dressing Roast tomato and red pepper soup topped with basil oil ~~~~~ Roast rump of beef served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce Pan seared lemon and thyme chicken with roast new potatoes and a red wine sauce Baked salmon fillet served with crushed potatoes and a Champagne sauce (All main meals are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables) ~~~~~ Rich chocolate tart with clotted cream and mango sauce Mixed berry Pavlova with whipped cream and a berry sauce Cappuccino cheesecake with vanilla and chocolate sauces

Our full Wedding Terms and Conditions also apply to all bookings. 2.Special offer available for new bookings only. 3.Special offer price is available Sunday to Friday during 2017 - not available on Friday’s throughout December. 4.Should you wish to get married on a Saturday there will be an additional £750 charge. 5.This package is for up to 40 guests for the Wedding Breakfast and 60 guests at the Evening Party, this is a package deal, no discount is given for reduced numbers. 6.Additional Wedding Breakfast guests are charged at £30 per person and Evening Party guests at £7.50 per person. 7.Vegetarian or allergen specific meals are available on request. 8.Younger children may eat from our children’s menu and are included in the package costs and number of guests above. 9.Should you wish to upgrade or change any items then additional charges will apply. 10. VAT included at 20%.
