Introduction
No vanilla, out-of-the-box, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system perfectly fits any given institution. In this session you will hear how Notre Dame creatively “filled the gaps” when we implemented our new ERP system. Notre Dame went live with SunGard Banner in June 2005.

Online Photo Introduction
The University of Notre Dame first went live with an Online Photo in the fall of 2000. The Online Photo application was significantly upgraded and improved in conjunction with Notre Dame’s SunGard Banner go-live in June of 2005.

The application runs in WebSphere, but has realtime integration with Banner. Online Class List with Photos is a homegrown application at Notre Dame. Online Class List with Photos is Notre Dame’s most popular application with staff members.

The Rapid Iteration Software used to pull Cold Fusion data into Banner is called HotKeys. HotKeys can pull data from any source, such as MS Excel, and place the data in Banner. The HotKey application is freeware and available at: autohotkey.com
