About SCORE SCORE Organization Overview SCORE, "Counselors to America's Small Business,“ is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow and succeed nationwide. We are a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and we are America's premier source of free and confidential small business advice for entrepreneurs. SCORE offers advice online and in-person through 364 offices nationwide. More than 8.5 million entrepreneurs have been counseled by SCORE volunteers or attended SCORE workshops. Every year, SCORE helps almost 20,000 businesses start and grow.
SCORE Volunteers SCORE Volunteers are working or retired business owners, executives and corporate leaders, who donate time and expertise as business counselors. Our network of 12,400 counselors possess more than 600 business skills in areas including but not limited to marketing, information technology, accounting, human resources, intellectual property, and management.
What Can SCORE do for you? SCORE offers free and confidential business advice through face-to-face counseling, online counseling, workshops and more. If you are starting a business or already inbusiness, SCORE can help you develop strategies for success.
