3. Re-enrollment Fee -- $75.00 recurring fee with renewal of each year’s contract. (Applicable to current/former students only)

PAYMENT PLANS 1. Annual Plan- Payments made July 1st. 2. Semi-Annual Plan - Payments made on July 1st and December 1st. 3. Ten Month Plan - Payments made on the first of each month, July through April. For the 2016-2017 school year, payments will begin July 1st and end March 1st. The deposit made with the contract will be April’s payment. Multiple Child Discounts on Tuition - School tuition is discounted 15% and After School Program Contract is discounted 10% for the second, third, etc. child enrolled in these respective programs. (Sibling discount is applied to the child who has the lowest tuition amount after all other discounts have been applied.) AIMS PAYMENT OPTIONS Upon choosing whether to pay tuition annually, semi-annually or monthly, payment options are available. Monthly statements will be issued via e-mail; it is essential that AIMS have the correct email address on file.
All monthly and semi-annually contracts must be accompanied by a completed ACH (automatic) debit form. Your designated checking or savings will be automatically debited on the designated date of each month. (Should that date fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday, your account will be charged upon the next immediate open date.) A $30.00 charge will be levied on all returned ACH transactions.
If you choose to pay by check prior to AIMS charging your bank account, please make it payable to AIMS. A $30.00 charge will be levied on all returned checks.
If you choose to pay by credit card prior to AIMS charging your bank account, please see AIMS’s bookkeeper to process the credit card. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) for tuition payments. If you would like to pay with a credit/debit card there will be a Convenience Fee of 3.9% for each transaction. Also, there will be a $30.00 charge levied for all declined cards.
Should you choose for the account to not be accessed, you must deliver, via mail or in person, payment in the correct amount to the business office prior to the due date. Please note: Payments made by mail or through a payment service, must arrive by the designated date to the school. A late fee of $10.00 will be charged on the 10th of each month if payment is not received. Additionally, a finance charge of 1.5% of any outstanding balance will be charged. FAMILY REFERRAL PROGRAM We offer a Family Referral Program for AIMS parents that refer other new families to the school. If you refer a “new” family to AIMS and they sign a one-year contract, and remain enrolled for six months, the family will receive a $500.00 tuition credit for the first enrollee and $1000.00 for each enrollee thereafter, up to your tuition amount. This tuition credit will be applied after the new enrollee has attended AIMS for five months.
