The Americas Program of the Center for Strategic and International Studies is pleased to invite you to a continental breakfast/discussion with the Honorable Luis Arce, Minister of Finance (Hacienda) and the Honorable Hernando Larrazábal, Minister of Planning and Development (Planificación del Desarrollo) of Bolivia on Wednesday, December 6 at 08:30 in the Third Floor Conference Room of CSIS, 1800 K St. N.W. The Ministers will discuss the outlook for the Bolivian economy and outline the economic policy of the Morales administration, followed by questions from invited guests.
