Lic. #AC69200019) will offer the Sawmill Development owned by Timbercreek Investments, LLC, containing 218.249 acres, more or less, located in Center Township of Hancock County and Warren Township of Marion County, by sealed bid auction on December 1, 2014. Bids must be postmarked or faxed, no later than 5:00 PM EST that day. This property will be offered as one single unit or split into individual tracts and combinations. Each bid shall constitute an offer to purchase and the final bid, if accepted by the Seller, shall constitute a binding contract between the Buyer(s) and the Seller. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids and his decision will be final. BID FORMAT: All bids must be mailed to Don Barron at 8435 Keystone Crossing, Suite 170, Indianapolis, IN 46240 or Dave Bonnell at PO Box 1386, Columbus, IN, 47202.
