Reading Action Plan for La Crescent-Hokah Elementary Goal 1: Students in grades PK-4 at La Crescent-Hokah Elementary will improve their reading skills. Measurable Objectives: The percentage of all students in grades K-4 at La Crescent-Hokah Elementary who meet or exceed their fall

to spring individual RIT Growth Projection on the NWEA MAP in reading will increase from 59.8% in spring 2014 to 61.8% in spring 2015.
