Invitation Adam Mickiewicz University - Cadet Women's Foil Cup 2013 (AMU CUP 2013) AMU Cup is a part of European circuit. The contest is organized by Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, on January 12, 2013 1. Organizers: Main organizer: Adam Mickiewicz University, AMU Centre for Sport and Exercise Co-organizers: KU AZS-UAM Poznań European Fencing Confederation Polish Fencing Federation SC “Warta” Poznań – Fencing Division 2. Location: UAM Sport Center , 61 – 602 Poznań, ul. Zagajnikowa 9 3. Categories: Women’s cadet foil individual 4. Program: Equipment control will be on Friday (11 January) from 16:00 – 20:00h. UAM Sport Center, or 2 hours before the beginning of event in the competition hall. Schedule: 12 January 2013 Foil Women’s individual 8:30 Official call of the fencers 9:00 Start of pools 5. Particiation fee: 20 Euro – per fencer for individual competitions 6. Fencers, born on 01.01.1996 and after can participate in the competitions. 7. Registration: According to the system of registration for EFC European Cadets Circuit competitions

8. Referees: Teams (clubs, representations) are supposed to provide referees according to the following rule: 1-4 fencers in the team no referee required 5-9 fencers 1 referee 10-15 fencers 2 referees 16-20 fencers 3 referees All referees must be entered through EFC web site in the same way as fencers. 500 Euro will be charged for every missing referee, otherwise fencers will be excluded from the competition 9. Formula of the competition: Two rounds with pools of 6 or 7 fencers will be followed by direct elimination table 10. Equipment: No name on the back of the fencers is required. The use of FIE equipment is mandatory (800NW uniform and plastron, 1600NW masks, FIE homologated blades). 11. Accommodation: Travel Office Zimny ul.
