COMMENTS FROM PRE-BID MEETING: Contractor is to bid the project demolition with the understanding that no hazardous materials exist on site. Granite School District will verify material safety prior to construction. Any hazardous materials found by Granite School District will be mitigated by Granite School District. Contractor will not have hazardous material mitigation scope. During site-walk, it was determined that the exhaust fan can be relocated without modification to the existing building framing and structure.
