Addendum A Preferred Lender Closing Cost Incentive By using PC Homes’ preferred lender, HomeStart Capital LLC located at 5959 West Loop S. #470 Bellaire, TX 77401, to provide financing for purchase of a PC Homes home, Buyer will receive the following closing cost incentives: 1. Paid loan origination (1% of loan amount paid by HomeStart Capital LLC ) 2. Paid owner title policy (paid by PC Homes) 3. Paid appraisal (not to exceed $405 paid by PC Homes) 4. Paid survey (not to exceed $378 paid by PC Homes) 5. Paid credit report (not to exceed $25 paid by HomeStart Capital LLC); & 6. Only 1/2% earnest money required while in escrow (for inventory homes only).
