• Complete your PTA Participation Form to identify yourself as a state leader. • Click Administration in the top right toolbar after logging in to your account.
Manage Student Entries
• Click people icon on the left toolbar • Add/import users (optional) • Manage Student Submissions

Send Emails to selected students Download Entry Forms of selected students Move Entries to a different judging round Add columns of information to this table Search by Student Name, PTA Name, Arts Category, Division, etc.

View tasks to see if they are complete Student Entry Form Complete Upload Artwork Task Complete

View Form Responses to see information Arts-Category & Reflections Division Local PTA Unit Information- Official PTA/PTSA Unit Name
Upload Artwork Click on the arts category to upload an electronic file to a new or existing student entry form. NOTE: If you have an incompatible file that does not upload, send us the file on DVD/CD to try to convert for you.
