Infield Fundamentals In this session you will: -Be taught ground ball technique (forehand & backhand) - Defensive footwork - Take infield in combine style in order for staff to assess your skills HELD ON JANET L. FICKE FIELD HITTING FUNDAMENTALS In this session you will: -Learn about the Adelphi Softball mental and physical approach to hitting - Hit in a combine style in order for staff to assess your skills - Spend the session with Adelphi softball players and coaching staff HELD ON WILLIAM J. BONOMO FIELD (BASEBALL)

William J. Bonomo Memorial Field (baseball field) or Janet L. Ficke
Field (softball field). On the map, these locations are boxed in blue. The area boxed in red is going to
be the optimal location to park, as
there is construction in the normal lot adjacent to the softball field (black X).
We recommend entering campus
from Cambridge Avenue, through entrance H (after Waldorf School on left traveling East). Proceed
ahead to parking lot 7 and follow around to third base side of the softball field. Baseball will be
located to the right, on the other H
side of the dorming halls, prior to the softball field.
