December 12, 2017 Dear Sir or Madam: More than ever, fundraising in New Jersey schools has become extremely important in keeping our student and school programs and functions afloat. We would truly appreciate any support you are able to lend. Valley Road Elementary School PTA will be hosting our annual Tricky Tray fundraiser on March 2, 2018 at ALJ High School in Clark, New Jersey. This fundraiser is a substantial fundraiser for the school’s PTA as ALL PROCEEDS raised will be used to enhance our students’ education (475 students - K thru 5th Grade). Your contribution of merchandise, a gift card/certificate, coupons or a service will be used as prizes in our Tricky Tray. Any and all donations, large or small, will be greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. We will be recognizing all donors on the donation itself as well as in our program. This is a great way to introduce your business to our audience. Advertising opportunities are also available (see reverse side). This event has sold out each year (over 300 adults in attendance) and we expect the same this year. Our goal this year is to continue to enhance our childrens’ elementary school experience by maintaining and updating existing programs and implementing new programs which get them excited about learning and prepares them for a lifetime of achievement in school and beyond. Children Are Our Future. We would be thrilled if your business would join us in our efforts.
Although our deadline for donations and advertising is February 2, 2018, we would be more than happy to receive your donation and/or advertising as early as possible. This will allow our parent volunteers enough time to organize the raffle prizes and prepare the program. Please see reverse side for more information. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
