AEC Publications Award Application
2012 AEC Awards for Excellence in Communications Communicating with our members is an extremely important and vital component of our associations. The Association Executives Council of PHCC began giving Awards for Excellence in Publications in 1992 in order to recognize local and state PHCC executives for outstanding achievement in the production of publications. This year the AEC has renamed the awards from “Publications” to the new “Communications” in order to better encompass the scope of our communications and include emerging technologies. The 2012 award winners will be announced at the 2013 AEC Spectrum Conference on July 9, 2013 in Nashville and recognized at PHCC CONNECT 2013 in September. All award-winning materials will be on display for viewing at Spectrum.

The DEADLINE to postmark entries is MAY 15, 2013. All entries must have been distributed during the 2012 calendar year. Entrants must have had a direct involvement in the production. Each category entry must have a separate form.
Judging Criteria-
Content 50 pts Cover/Home Page Quality 20 pts Overall layout 10 pts Overall graphics 10 pts PHCC Branding 10 pts TOTAL: 100pts (Judging will be completed by an independent panel of communications experts)
