AERO -TACK 12,40,375 SELF-CONTAINED CANISTER GUN & HOSE NON FLAMMABLE INSULATION ADHESIVE Recommended Uses
Use Aero-Tack as an industrial-strength contact adhesive with various applications. Aero-Tack adhesives are water resistant and temperature resistant to above 150º. It has been specifically designed for the HVAC insulation industries. Aero-Tack may be used on a variety of substrates; metal (galvanized, aluminum, stainless), ABS surrounds, fabrics, upholstery, foam, felt, cardboard, glass, cork, fiberglass and plastics. The aerosol system reduces application cost by saving time and material.
Application
Apply Aero-Tack to clean, dry surfaces free of dirt, grease, oils and any other solvents in preparation for placement of insulation. For permanent bonds spray an even coat of adhesive to cover 80% to 100% of both surfaces. Place the coated surfaces together and apply a uniform pressure for strongest bonding.

Dry Time
Tack is immediate. Open Time is approximately 3-5 minutes. Fully bonded in 24 hrs.
Temperature Limits
Storage and application: 20ºF to 100ºF. Service: -20ºF to 100ºF. Shear Adhesion Failure Temp (SAFT): > 200ºF. Best results when surfaces are 60ºF or higher. Return to room temp before use. Not damaged by freezing.

Precautions
Flammable. Contents under pressure. Use only in well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat and flames. Avoid prolonged exposure to vapor. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Do not expose to heat or store at temperatures above 120ºF. In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly for atleast 15 minutes and get medical attention.
Clean Up
Use acetone or similar solvent with appropriate safety precautions.
