This Agreement is effective for the Golf Event dated (circle one) May, June, July, September, December, January, February, March. This sponsorship will be featured at the event, on materials promoting the event to over 110 Chapter members. Sponsor will be featured at the Event using Table Top signage (provided by EWGA) or other promotional material to be supplied by the above-named sponsor. EWGA will provide Table Top Signage with the sponsor logo/information if logo is supplied to the Marketing Director (below) 2 weeks prior to the event. Sponsor will provide any prizes or materials for the Golf Event at least five (5) days prior to the Event date. An EWGA representative will contact you with the specific event date of choice. This Agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be modified only by a further writing that is duly executed by both parties. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of _________________________ (date).
