DAY SEVEN: YOUR ACTION PLAN 1. Design your Action Plan. Use the center circle for your major goal. Draw outer circles for your secondary goals. Inside each circle, write the name of your defined goal. For the primary goal and for the secondary goals, these would be inside the circle. Extending from each secondary or supporting goal, you will have a line upon which you write and number the objectives or steps needed to achieve that secondary objective.

2. Create your To-Do List. Detail smaller tasks that accomplish each objective you set out to achieve.

3. Create a Gantt Chart (see example below). Take the major goal and list it at the top of your page. Then look at your Action Plan and copy each of the secondary or subordinate goals on a line below the other. You do not need the objectives listed yet. Mark a horizontal graph that represents the time you expect to reach your main goal to the right of your secondary or supporting goals by filling in the boxes representing the days of the week.
