Preparation Albondigas de Ternera • Combine ground chicken, red bell pepper, white onion, garlic, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, all purpose flour and Egg in a bowl. Check seasoning by cooking a small amount of the mixture. Correct seasoning with Knorr Aromat. Form mixture into 1 1/2 - 2 inches meatballs. • Fry meatballs until light golden brown but not cooked through. • Heat oil in a pan. • Sauté onions and garlic. • Add water, Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce and Knorr Chicken Broth. Add back the meatballs into the sauce and simmer until sauce thickens and desired consistency is achieved. • Season with salt and pepper. • Swirl egg into the sauce. Turn off heat and Serve.
