The Alerts Setup panel allows a user to color code a reservation or a Unit for quick reference from the Availability Grid. The user can create multiple alert color options and select the desired alert from the list when applying which can be adjusted at any stage of the reservation
• Click the Cancel button to cancel any unsaved changes and refresh the page
2 Color:
• Click the Delete button to remove the specified Alert • Click the Submit button to save changes you have made
Select the desired color either by typing in the color code or using the Color Wheel to select the desired color NOTE: (a) As the reservation text is Black, avoid dark shades as this will make the text unreadable. (b) The field color will also update based on the selection
3 Alert Type: Grid – The alert color is assigned to the desired reservation Unit – The alert color is assigned on specific Unit Type Name of the desired Unit.
4 Description: Insert a brief description of the alert color (optional)
Option 1 Guest Folio User can select the desired alert color from the Custom Alert drop down in the Guest Folio of the reservation. The selected alert color will be displayed on the till tape and visible on the reservation from the Availability Grid
2 Availability Grid From the Availability Grid, select the reservation, click on the Alert hyperlink and select the desired alert color by clicking the light button and then click the Select Button
