FUNDAMENTAL skill development Practice & REPETITION of good lacrosse habits Non-competitive INSTRUCTION POSITION-SPECIFIC drills Coach Mezz has been involved with the game of lacrosse for over 18 years: learning the game on Long Island before playing at the Division 1 level for Towson University in Maryland and then at the professional level for the MLL and NALL. In addition, he has coached at both the college and high school levels and is a Certified Personal Trainer. He has become instrumental in the development of programs that help athletes grow into better lacrosse players at all ages and skill levels. Since moving to South Carolina, Coach Mezz has become actively involved with promoting the game of lacrosse in the Greenville-Spartanburg region and currently coaches lacrosse at the high school level. Coach Mezz will teach players at all positions to build good lacrosse habits and to keep practicing the game, THE RIGHT WAY.
Fall Clinic Cost: $125 for all five sessions or $25 per session (check or money order payable to “All Division Lacrosse”)
