Coaching Philosophy I believe soccer is a simple game that can be summed up by the 3G’s approach I learned from my coaches growing up in Scotland:” Get the ball, Give the ball, and Go.” When I coach, my focus is on individual and team development at a technical, tactical, and personal level. The metrics I use to measure a team’s progress over a season isn’t wins and losses, but passes completed and team spirit as I believe these area better indicators of how the players are developing and how well they are understanding their roles within the team.
