Release and Waiver I hereby and herein authorize the Directors of the Allegheny College Winter Camp, or any agents working on their behalf, to act in my stead for the purpose of acquiring emergency medical attention for my son or daughter or ward. I impose upon the assumptors of this duty the responsibility to act with reasonable care and caution and release and waive all liability for any injuries and illness incurred while at the camp in the event same is performed pursuant to such standard. By my signature hereunder, I warrant that my son/daughter or ward is in good physical condition, has no undisclosed medical problems, illnesses or disabilities, and is capable of full and active participation in the baseball camp. I also represent that my son/ daughter or ward has received a physical within the last year and is medically competent to participate in the activities at camp.

Kelly Swiney, ‘99 Head Coach A 1999 graduate of Allegheny College, Kelly Swiney is in his 8th year at Allegheny. With the Gators, he has over a .600 win percentage, consecutive conference tournament appearances in 2013, 2014, and 2015. In the last 7 years, his team’s have posted over a .310 batting average—hoisting a .343 average in 2011 (7th in the NCAA), and 5 20+ win seasons. He has managed 34 NCAC-Selections, 2 of NCAC Pitcher of the year recipients, 4 ABCA All-Region players, and 1 All-American.

Brandon Crum Assistant Coach Crum is into his 5th year with Gators and Serves as the Recruiting Coordinator and primary coach of the Pitchers and Catchers. The Gator’s staff has significantly increased strike out and win totals, while lowering opponent batting average, ERA, and walks by staggering amounts over the past 3 seasons. Since taking over the staff, Crum has seen 7 of his pitchers and 1 catcher earn all conference recognition. Crum is entering his 9th year as the Head Coach of the FCV American Legion program.

Darryl Jones Assistant, Coach Coach Jones is in his 2nd year, working with the Gator’s outfield. Native to Crawford County, Jones played his high school baseball at Linesville High School before playing at Westminster College. Following his college career, Jones was drafted in the 5th round by the New York Yankees. After his playing career, Jones coached the Saegertown/ Conneaut American Legion Baseball program for 18 years.
