Cooperative as the remaining owners, The Board of Dlrectorc of Ally Seed LlC held a special meeting on October 8b2016 to discuss the ownership of Ally Seed L[C. Following lmportant discusslon, Tama-Benton Cooperatlve elected to eIit Ally Seed LLC leaving ECt Cooperatlve as the sinlle owner of the entity.
