Parking/Towing
Towing is enforced on property. Please help us follow the state laws to keep yours and your guests cars from being towed. If there is a legitimate reason for your car to be towed there is nothing management can do to reverse tow fees. Also, all residents must have Alta Royal Oaks parking stickers visible
The following will result in an immediate tow:
Parking in a handicap spot without proper handicap identification VISIBLE
Parking in a fire zone
Unauthorized carport parking
These are state laws and we cannot deviate from this. Other lease violations that will result in a warning and proceed with towing:
Improper/Expired tags
Double parking
All others listed in lease contract (please contact office for more information)
Attention Pet Owners Pet Rules/Waste There has been an increase in dogs on property without a leash and not being picked up after. Please be courteous of your fellow neighbors and make sure you are picking up after your pets and they are on a leash at all times outside the apartment. We are pet friendly and welcome your pets, however we ask that you abide by the policies in place if you choose to have a pet. We will begin fining ($50 per violation) for not picking up after your pet and/or not having them on a leash effective immediately. Please adhere to this policy and help us keep your home clean. For those who consistently abide by the policy we do greatly appreciate it and so do your neighbors!! Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions or see residents in violation of the pet policy.
