EBTH has experienced rapid growth since 2006 and continues to expand. We are looking to add staff to our Pickup Crew for Cincinnati, OH. EBTH is a vibrant, game-changing company looking for an all-out team player that can thrive in a startup culture, provide exemplary service, and help us grow this exciting business. The Alternate Pickup position at EBTH is a lively, customer-focused position. You will be responsible for charging customers out for their purchases, helping them retrieve items that they have purchased, and answering questions as they come up. The goal? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for an honest, reliable person ready to greet our customers at our warehouse with a positive attitude and a willingness to lend a hand wherever is needed. While an outgoing and charismatic personality is essential, this role also requires that you are willing to get your hands dirty…people like this are really hard to find! Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and caring manner at the EBTH warehouse location. Help customers retrieve purchased items. Complete check out process through EBTH.com. Help customers load their vehicles. Solve customer questions and challenges (thinking on your feet is a must!). Contact customers via phone/email to arrange for pickup of transferred items at EBTH warehouse. Receive and put away transferred items that arrive to the EBTH warehouse. Familiarize oneself with the sale preview and pickup calendars as well as locations of events. Have fun and meet a lot of interesting people!

High school diploma. Able to lift up to 50-75 lbs. using appropriate tools Flexible work hours. An appreciation for rock-solid customer service in a fast-paced work environment. Tech-savvy; computer proficiency is key (google drive/Microsoft). Basic understanding of warehouse management systems. Reliable transportation. A sense of humor. No, really!
