ALWS Teacher Study Tour

Applicants should consider... The ALWS Teacher Study Tour is designed to equip and inspire teachers, Chaplains and leaders in Australian Lutheran schools to encourage action to change people’s lives. There are 15 places available on the Tour, and all teachers must complete an application form in order to be considered. The trip is particularly suitable for teachers who are interested in aid, development or mission work overseas, Service-Learning leaders in schools, or those who are passionate about teaching others in their school community about the work of ALWS. Applicants should be willing to live and travel simply in a cross-cultural situation, and be able to contribute positively in a Christian small group environment. At times, accommodation and meals will be simple.
