FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES This FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is dated for identification this 3rd day of May, 2016 and amends that certain AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES dated September 16, 2015, made by and between the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, ("Town,") and SUNNYVALE BUILDING MAINTENANCE, (“Service Provider”). RECITALS A.
Town and Service Provider entered into an Agreement for Services on October 1, 2015 (“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit A to this Amendment.
B.
Town desires to amend the Agreement to provide additional services and to increase the compensation. AMENDMENT 1. Section 2.1 Scope of Services is amended to read as follows: Service Provider shall provide services provided in the original contract and as modified and hereby incorporated as Exhibit A. 2. Section 2.6 Compensation is amended to read as follows: Compensation for services shall not exceed $188,344 annually, effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Town and Service Provider have executed this Amendment.
