Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $250.00 per person is due 48 hours from confirmation. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Reservations made within 90 days of departure must be accompanied by full payment. Prices Include: The cruise from Vancouver to Los Angeles, transfer to and accommodation The Clarion (Standard Room), transfer to airport, flight from Orange County to Las Vegas, accommodation at The Excalibur (Resort Tower) and the air back to Vancouver. Not included: Travel Insurance, any airline luggage fees, Las Vegas transfers, entrance to Disneyland, items of a personal nature (telephone, laundry, etc), tips, gratuities, fuel surcharges and taxes.
Tax amount includes: government fees, air / hotel taxes, Las Vegas hotel resort fees (where applicable) and port charges. Changes: Changes within 90 days of departure are subject to an administration fee of $35 per person plus any additional costs incurred. Cancellation and refund: In the event of cancellation, written notice must be received by Bon Voyage Holidays at least 90 days prior to departure to avoid penalty. Cancellation notices received by Bon Voyage will be subject to the following per person penalties:
