Analyst Developer - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Location: Montréal, QC Keyrus Canada is looking for an Analyst Developer - Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support one of our clients in a project of migration from Microsoft Dynamics 2011 to Dynamics 365. Your main missions: •
Conduct the interpretation of high-level business requirements into functional specifications while ensuring communication with users.
•
Synthesize a global vision of a system and development challenges by understanding short- and medium-term business needs, advising users by offering alternatives and explaining the constraints related to the philosophy of the system.
•
Produce detailed plans and specifications that accurately reflect user requirements for solutions in accordance with established parameters, manage its own activities or those of others in order to carry out these plans.
•
Supervise the development of identified solutions that meet functional and technical standards. Document and test solutions.
•
Support business people in preparing their business case.
•
Provide second level technical support to address production problems and provide support based on established service levels.
•
Adapting to a constantly evolving technology, learning and applying new methods to achieve the goals of the organization.
•
Work with system integrators and software developers to design, develop, configure systems and troubleshoot.
•
Migrate code, plug-ins and other components, ensure security and performance, and set technical standards
Our ideal candidate: •
DEC in computer science or equivalent.
•
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 365 certification.
•
At least 10 years of IT experience, 5 years as a Dynamics CRM Analyst.
•
Strong experience in implementing and evolving customer relationship management systems
•
Benefiting from many advantages: insurances, REER / RPDB, transport allowance, etc.
•
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 365 software.
•
Knowledge of SQL.
•
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of office software.
•
Knowledge of the financial field an asset.
•
Experience in Agile development (eg Scrum, Kanban) with TFS, an asset.
•
Bilingualism and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
