Andrew Clark, teacher of Social Studies at Bridgewater-Raritan High School in Somerset County, has been teaching professionally for the past fourteen years. Currently, Mr. Clark is instructing United States History I at the honors level to sophomores and the Advanced Placement European History course for seniors. Mr. Clark graduated from Elizabethtown College in the year 2000 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Social Studies Education, concentrating in History. In 2009, he completed his Masters of Arts degree in History from Rutgers University-Newark. While teaching, Mr. Clark has created, developed and implemented curriculum, as well as adapted courses to the new Common Core Standards. In addition to working on the NJ350 Project, he has been involved with programs associated with the Gilder-Lehrman Institute of American History and the Teaching American History Project through the U.S. Department of Education. Andrew currently resides in Middletown, NJ with his wife Kelly.
