Anniversary Conference 50 years TAWN Dutch Society for Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry 14-16 October 2015, Abbey of Rolduc, Kerkrade, The Netherlands A three-day Thermal Analysis conference at the old abbey of Rolduc (Kerkrade) with an interesting technical program and instrument exhibition.

If you want to present a paper at the conference, please send an abstract by e-mail to the president or the secretary. Accommodation is available in the hotel of the abbey. Pre-conference Course "Advanced Thermal Analysis Course on Glass Transitions" October 14, 2015 / 09:00 - 13:00 h Abbey of Rolduc, Kerkrade
This half-day course will precede the TAWN Anniversary Conference, when a sufficient number of persons will participate. Wednesday morning October 14, between 09:00 h and 13:00 h at the Abbey of Rolduc, Kerkrade.
Subjects • Theory • Techniques - (MT)DSC - TMA - DMA
• Practical examples - Plasticizers - Blends - Reactive Systems - Crystallinity - Ageing (Relaxation / Recovery) Participants may submit questions in advance, so that the lecturers can address these during the course.
Registration Separate registration for this course is necessary. The registration fee for the course is € 100. This includes coffee/tea, hand-outs and a certificate. The number of participants is limited, so please register early. When the minimum number of participants will not be reached, the course will be cancelled.
