1. Call to Order: Sandy Chilese began this meeting with an opening prayer at 12:00pm 2. Approval of last month’s minutes: Minutes were reviewed and approval as read. 3. Financial Review: Suzanne presented a printed balance sheet and income statement. Members reviewed and approved. Committee also approval submission of Parochial Report. 4. Vicar’s Report: a) Sandy will be MC at Greenlee County Chamber of Commerce Membership Dinner. Wed., Feb. 17 at the Golf Course in York Valley. b) In collaboration with Akos Kovach, the Greenlee County Economic Development Coordinator, discussions of a proposed development of a ministerial association is under way. c) Sandy spoke with Bishop Smith about her availability at Diocesan require meeting attendance. d) Sunday, March 6th will be a Morning Prayer Service in Sandy’s absence. e) Holy Week Banners will be ordered this week. f) Spring Rampage Booth- Amie volunteered to be in contact with Fairgrounds coordinator on details surrounding an informational booth for Saint Philip and James at the Spring Rampage on April 8th and 9th. g) Church sign across from Conoco Station has shifted in the wind. Paul will stop by after meeting and readjust. h) Campus Ministry Donation.- This 75$ donation will go to Canterbury in Flagstaff NAU campus. 5. Senior Warden’s Report: No new news. 6. Junior Warden’s Report: a) Roof under the cooler in the furnace room has extensive water damage that needs immediate attention. Paul obtained guidance from Sollars (same company that did our repairs last year). He will get a second opinion before obtaining quotes to have damages repaired.
b) Labyrinth update. Paul plotted out a sketch of the labyrinth with dimensions. Amie contacted Bill Cook, Greenlee County Horticulture Program Coordinator, to come and look at the area and possibly provide quote to do this work. c) Street sign update. A more permanent signage option. Tabled to next meeting.
7. Old Business: Disabled parking sign has been installed and continues to remain in place. Outreach Projects: a) Ongoing Food Drive- March deadline for food donations to be distributed to local food banks. b) Tee shirt/Scarves project- Another date to continue working on this project. Finished scarves will be donated to senior programs in Graham and Greenlee counties. 8. New Business: No new business 9. Adjournment: 1:00pm
