Steps for Successful Implementation 1. Perform feasibility study unique to each site. – Minimize effect on land use needs – Minimum effect on adjacent users – Municipal approvals 2. Educate School Board and stakeholders 3. Gain support of municipality, politicians and stakeholders 4. Partner with financially and technically capable trusted partners. 5. Grant writing expertise and timing.
