Antenna Research Associates, Inc. designs and manufactures high-performance wide-bandwidth antennas for military and civilian applications. These antennas are supplied to the communications, surveillance, and jamming (counter RF IED) military markets and to the public safety civilian market. ARA antenna products cover all the commercial and military frequency bands from 10 Hz to 80 GHz. They are available as omnidirectional antennas for wide area coverage and as high gain directional antennas for direction finding or targeting. ARA provides narrow band antennas for SATCOM communications as well as multi-octave SIGINT antennas. These antenna system products are used at fixed sites, on ground vehicles, and as man portable tactical antennas. ARA antennas and antenna-positioner systems have been deployed on aircraft and ships.

New 0.5-18.0 GHz Solid-State RF Switch The 50S-1720 (1P2T), 50S-1721 (1P4T), and 50S-1722 (1P8T) are JFW’s newest line of PIN-Diode RF switches. They boast an operating frequency from 0.5-18 GHz, 50 dB minimum isolation at 18 GHz, and a maximum switching speed of 100 nanoseconds. Their compact, self-terminating design makes them perfect for OEM and test applications where reliability, speed, or bandwidth is critical.
