AORN OF GREATER KC #2601 Dear Prospective Exhibitor, AORN of Greater Kansas City invites your participation as an exhibitor at its annual AORN Conference/Vendor Fair, to be held at St. Joseph Medical Center, Alex George Auditorium-Education Center, Kansas City, MO on Saturday, January 23, 2016. We are targeting a general nursing audience with topics including TAVR, living with incurable disease, presentation by Victoria Steelman (former National AORN President) & a dose of humor. We anticipate attendance of about 130 people. Exhibit Details: Display spaces are available on first come, first served basis, and will be limited to 24 exhibitors. Please notify me as soon as possible if you are interested in participating, as last year’s response was overwhelming and space is limited. The fee is $275 and includes an 8-ft banquet table & 2 chairs. A roster of nurses attending will be provided to you. Credit card payment is $285. You may also attend conference speaker sessions, if desired. Exhibits will be open from 7:15-8:00 am during registration and again during the morning break – WE’VE EXTENDED TO 30 MINUTES. Booths may be dismantled following the morning break. Other Opportunities for Support and Recognition: If possible, could you please provide a door prize, valued at $25? You and your company will be recognized as the donor at the time of the drawing, as well as in the participants’ packets. Drawings will occur at end of program. No obligation inferred.
