Mandatory Items Needed *A new Physical dated after March 1, 2016 must be completed to participate in spring and summer activities. Visit the Apache Junction High School Athletics page to download your forms. *Players must complete the following: Register at www.nfhslearn.com Complete the Sportsmanship course (print the certificate). Register at http://www.aiaacademy.org/users/login/brainbook Complete the Brain Book course (print the certificate) * Parent/Guardian must register at www.nfhslearn.com and complete Positive Sport Parenting course (print the certificate)

Incoming Freshman Camp

May 9- May 19

3:15-5:15 Mon-Thurs

*Cost is $1, Due at May 9 @ 3:00pm registration *Items for Camp: Black cleats, black shorts, AJ Football Shirt, AJ Athletics Shirt or Black Shirt.

Freshman Summer Conditioning

June 7-July 21

7:00-10:00 Tues & Thurs

*Cost is $50. Due by May 19 to Coach Miller *Freshman may sign up for the 4 day Summer Program for $100

Summer Conditioning (4 day program) May 31-July 21 7:00-10:00 Mon-Thurs JV and Varsity (Freshman are welcome) *Cost is $100. Due by May 2 to Coach Miller

Player Packs (Mandatory for participation) Player Packs will include mandatory shirt, shorts, and practice jersey *Cost for a basic player pack will be $50 Dollars. Payment due before receipt of goods. Additional items are available including knee pads, hats, girdles, jerseys, shirts, and shorts.
