6. Refunds less 20% for scratchings made before 7pm on the Thursday before the show. No refunds for all other scratchings except on production of a medical or vet certificate. 7. Late entries 50% extra and will ride last in drawn classes. But will ride first in jump off. Class change $3. 8 One start per horse or pony on Sunday. 9.
