Adult shirt size I hereby register my child for the ELHS Volleyball Camp and authorize the staff to direct him/her in participation of camp activities. I know of no mental or physical problems which may affect his/her ability to safely participate in this camp. I authorize the camp staff to attend to any health problem or injury to my child that may occur while attending camp. I hereby release and hold harmless the ELHS Volleyball Camp, its employees, agents and assigns from any liability that may arise from my child’s participation in the camp. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses due to my child’s illness and that the ELHS Volleyball Camp carries only accident insurance which is secondary to my own insurance. General Information
Camp clinicians: Ann Poetter Current Evergreen Lutheran High School (ELHS) Head Varsity Volleyball Coach Former ELHS Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach and ELHS Head JV Volleyball Coach. Previous experience includes: Middle School Volleyball Coach at St. Mark’s, Watertown, WI and at Holy Trinity, Des Moines, WA. Played volleyball at the high school and college levels. Chris Poetter Current Athletic Director and Head Volleyball Coach at Holy Trinity Lutheran School. Previous experience includes: Head Volleyball Coach at Wisconsin Lutheran College, St. Mark’s, and ELHS. Ruth Schwark Current ELHS Head JV and Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach. Former ELHS Assistant JV Volleyball Coach and Middle School Volleyball Coach at Holy Trinity.
Jr. Eagle camp is for incoming 5th -9th graders. There will be two skill levels of instruction presented. One will be a breakdown of basic fundamentals of serving, passing, setting, blocking, and hitting. The second will be for the more advanced player with basics reviewed and more challenges added.
Each camper should bring gym shoes, knee pads, a water bottle, and a positive attitude.
Junior Eagle Volleyball Camp July 28th– 31st 9:00 am—12:30 pm Chris and Ann Poetter have been coaching together and individually for over 30 years. Ruth Schwark is an Evergreen alumnus who has been coaching with the Poetters for 6 years. It is their goal to provide your child with a memorable experience in a Christian setting. Each camp is highly organized to give your child quality, skill specific instruction in order to prepare them for the middle school and high school levels. Questions?
