Rules Governing the Registration of Litters
The mating of the sire and dam must have been reported within ten days. The sire and dam must be registered with this Association. The litter must be registered in the name of the record owner of the dam or registered lessee. A litter must be registered with this Association within ninety days after whelping. Pups must be tattooed within ninety days of whelping. Perforated tattoos must be shown on back of this form. Number tattooed in left ear should correspond with breeding acknowledgment number. Numbers/letter tattooed in right ear should be, in order: a) month of whelping (1 for January, 10 for October, etc.) b) year of whelping (9 for 1989) c) letter (in sequence, beginning with A) Do not substitute I’s for 1’s, B’s for 8’s, etc. If more than Fourteen pups in a litter, the Fifteenth pup would be NM, Sixteenth NL, etc. Date of Breeding___________________ Date of Whelping_________________No. of Males__________No. of Females__________ (Only live tattooed pups should be reported) _________________________________________________________Address_______________________________________________ (Owner or Lessee of dam at time of breeding.)
